The Abbott Center began in 1991 as a private practice dedicated to the hands-on treatment of chronic pain. Inspired by a childhood desire to help patients with diseased muscles lead a more normal life, Christina Abbott is fulfilling her dream through her thriving treatment center.

Although Neuromuscular Therapy is the focus of The Abbott Center, the gifted staff offers a wide range of services to promote well-being for those who are healthy as well as to support those who are learning to manage their chronic pain, muscle tension, and stress.

Conveniently located off Rt 128 in Westwood, MA, The Abbott Center is highly rated in Metro Boston and Massachusetts for Neuromuscular Therapy, Neuromuscular Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Deep Tissue Work, Pregnancy Massage, Energy Healing, Active Isolated Stretching, Private Yoga, and Pilates on spring-resisted equipment.

PILATES AT THE ABBOTT CENTER: The Center offers Private lessons (Solos, Duets, and Trios) in our quiet, bright, modern Studio. Instructors are all Advanced Level Certified in Classical or Power Pilates. Solos are all about you. Bring a friend for a Duet. Trios on the Reformer are an economical alternative. Discounts are available for series and small group classes.

Pilates Mat classes are held in the morning in the main office classroom. On Route 109, The Pilates Studio at The Abbott Center is convenient to residents of Dover, Dedham, North Walpole, Norwood South Needham and Medfield as well as Westwood.
