Pilates training is for the individual looking to achieve balanced, total
body conditioning. With an emphasis on the muscles of the
body's center, or "powerhouse," The Pilates Method strengthens
and stretches the whole body while teaching muscle control.
Class size is limited to provide individual attention.
are held in Studio 2 in the main building at 9:30 am, Wednesday at 6 pm and at privately arranged times for small groups. Most classes accommodate a mixed level of student ability including those with restrictions and students who need to review. Beginners are welcomed with a requirement of 2 private lessons at
a 20% discount.
Classes are ongoing and do not include school vacation weeks and holidays.
The class fee is a flat $20 rate for all, payable at each class or prepaid in our MindBodyOnline Account with a login and password.
Instructors: Melissa Hoch (Classical and Polestar Pilates) teaches the day classes and Sandy Williams (Power Pilates and a Registered PT) the Wednesday evening class.
