Pilates training is for the individual looking to achieve balanced, total
body conditioning. With an emphasis on the muscles of the
body's center, or "powerhouse," The Pilates Method strengthens
and stretches the whole body while teaching muscle control.
A regular semester of 60-minute classes is 10 weeks long and progressive, starting more slowly to learn basics. Class size is limited to provide individual attention.
are held five mornings a week at 9:30 am and at privately arranged times for small groups in the classroom of the main building. Most classes accommodate a mixed level of student ability. There is a class in Fundamentals for beginners, those with restrictions and students who need to review.
The Winter Semester begins January 6th and continues through to March 21st and does not include the school vacation week.
Beginners are welcomed with a requirement of 2 private lessons at
a 20% discount.
Each 10-Class Card costs $150 for the 10-Week Semester and is arranged by pre-registration for each day.
Students may come as a "drop-in" to any class on a space-available
basis for $23 through a Pilates Teacher.
