He started at twice a week for a month then once a week for a month, and kept stretching out the time between treatments depending on the the window of time in which his pain returned.<\/p>\n<p>My criteria for a &#8220;breakthrough&#8221; were achieved after the 13th treatment. He had cut his medications in half and had significant reductions in his symptoms. By the 15th treatment he had what he reported as a 65% reduction in piriformis pain and a 50% improvement in his toe.
