We love this. "I bend so I don't break."
We've been seeing so many of you with stiff tight bodies. Mostly from sitting at a computer for hours. You've got to bend so you don't break. Ideally, you should step away from your computer every hour and bend, move your body around in all directions, breathe and drink some water.
If that's not happening just bend! Bend over your knees, bend to each side, twist your body around, breathe breathe breathe.
Bend, so you don't break.
